Steven Penny was born in Northern Ireland and currently resides in Spain where he works as an English teacher and is establishing himself as a writer.

Penny has been writing since he was a teenager, having been captivated by Goosebumps, Point Horror, and Stephen King. He self-published his first work, the short story End of the Line in December 2016.
